Secondary Cost of Renewable Energy

Has anyone measured the secondary costs of Renewable Energy generation?  Specifically, what is the net effect of various forms of renewable energy generation on planetary balance of the environment?  For example,

1.       Do Wind turbines have a noticeable impact on the beneficial effects of wind currents?

2.       Do hydroelectric plants, especially dams, create poorer drainage or promote increased breeding pools for harmful insects?

3.       Do solar energy installations significantly reduce widespread solar warming of the planet or steal heat from its plant life?

We all know the risks attendant on nuclear power generation.   Obviating them can be very costly.  Do we need to control other forms of renewables in order to avoid unforeseen consequences?
