Of course, Donald Trump was the least racist person at the October 22, 2020 Presidential Debate.  For him, there are only two categories of people: he himself and everyone else.  He makes no distinction between other races, classes or any other groups of people.  They are all equally contemptible objects of his narcissistic derision.
